What You'll Do

  • Make a Great First Impression Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.

  • Keep Us Organized Answer calls, schedule appointments, manage daily tasks, and support office operations.

  • Support Agency Growth Connect customers with the right team members and identify opportunities.

  • Take Ownership Follow through, multitask, and help keep our fast-paced offices running smoothly.

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Are outgoing, friendly, and love working with people.

  • Have strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Are dependable, detail-oriented, and take initiative.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Must be willing to get P&C licensed in first 90 days.

  • Speak English and Spanish? BIG PLUS!

Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Insurance experience is not required!
