"I called today to add another vehicle to my policy and spoke with Brittany and was super helpful amd super nice. I would definitely giver her call or Nate Walker if you ever need insurance ..The only thing i didn't like was that the tahoe that i added which is a 2007 is more expensive than my other 2 vehicles that i have and those are 2014. Should be the same price or cheaper since it is an older vehicle. I do have the drive safe and save but my premium a month before i did the drive safe and save was 160 for 2 vehicle with full coverage . Pricing should be better in my opinion.."

"I purchased a new car about a year ago. Prior to the purchase, I did my due diligence and met with one of their reps to review the policy change. I had all of the necessary documents including their quote for the change. I make the purchase and immediately inform them. Then they tell me the person who wrote the quote just simply messed up and my premium would be double what was quoted. I have a perfect driving record so that did not factor into this. I felt scammed and I told them so. They did nothing to rectify their employee’s significant error. So I switched insurance companies and now pay almost 60% less than what I was quoted for a better plan. All should be said and done, but they continue to call and text. I’ve told them multiple times now to take me off their list and to not contact me again, but they ignore that and just continue this behavior. It’s actually insane that they think anyone in my position would return to them after completely scamming a “valued” customer."

"Joey is amazing. He’s personable, professional, and can get transactions done smoothly. He’s very informative and even helped me cancel my previous policy without any issues. I’ve worked with Joey in the past and have had good experiences, however, coming back to the State Farm family through his assistance, I feel as though I made a good decision. Ryan was another agent I spoke with and he was also very informative, he inquired about other things I could bundle and save and was not pushy when I declined for the moment due to financial reasons. He simply gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and politely ended the call once I said I did not have any further questions. Turns out the price to add the other coverage was not as bad as I originally thought it would be. Thank you Joey and Ryan!"

"Any time I need an answer to my insurance question or help getting information sent about my insurance coverage I know I can depend on the good people at my State Farm agency. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and take care of my request expeditiously. If and when I do have an insurance claim it is always handled in the most efficient manner to my complete satisfaction. I have been a customer of State Farm for many many years and plan to stay a customer even though other companies may offer cheaper coverage I have found through experience cheaper is not necessarily better."
