"I've asked over and over to stop calling me. This is harassment. I don't even live in Indiana. leave me alone!!!!!! I'm contacting the BBB. Edit to your reply: Do you want me to post where they've responded TWICE and told me they would stop? Don't sit here and lie to make save face. And no need? After I've contacted you all 5X TO STOP. Funny how now all the sudden you get it. BBB contacted. My call logs and messages have already been uploaded and can show the EMPTY VOICEMAILS. Nobody is providing anything. If anything, your "team" is cold calling ACTING like they are trying to do their jobs."

"I would not recommend them. They have been incredibly difficult to work with. I had an issue when I originally took out my insurance policy with them writing my policy with inaccurate information. I brought it to their attention multiple times and they said they'd get it changed and they never did. Then I went to cancel my policy and a whole new set of problems started. It took over two months for them to cancel my policy. No one responded to emails or voicemails. Unless I got someone on the phone when I called they wouldn’t return a call or email. I would stay away from this agency unless you're wanting to have problems. You’re at the mercy of them actually doing their job because State Farm won’t talk to you because they’re listed as your agent."

"If you’re looking for a new insurance company, you can’t go wrong with this place! Lindsey is always helpful with answering our questions and gets back to us in a timely manner. "This has been the worst insurance experience I've ever had. They seem more interested in getting you signed up than providing consistent service. My policy was changed without any communication, and there was no accountability for the mistakes they made. After signing up for a single vehicle plan, I was mistakenly switched to a multi-vehicle plan, which caused my premium to increase by over $200. When I brought this to their attention, I was assured it would be resolved and that I wouldn't have to pay the additional fees. However, the issue was never addressed, and my policy was eventually canceled without notice because I didn’t pay for their mistake. The owner was extremely arrogant and offered no solution, despite the error being on their end. Their customer service is severely lacking. My fiancé decided to stay with them, and now something very similar is happening to them as well. To add, Brandon the owner just responded to me stating definitively he has never spoken to me nor was I a customer of his so I included my insurance card with his company listed to verify I in fact was a customer"

"Update: Ryan was a customer for a brief time in 2023 for two months in 2023. It looks as if there were billing issues due to a cancellation in multi line discount and no payment was ever made. We tried connecting about the discounts and forms needing signed, and it looks like the delays to getting those back caused double billing. Again- sorry for the experience but we wanted to add context to this. Thanks Hi Rycole- I am the owner. I have never spoken with you- I also looked you up and I am having trouble identifying your account. Are you confident you are with my agency? Do you mind sending me a private note so I can better help you? Switching to a multi car plan would actually save you money, and any billing mistake our company made would've possibly allowed you a hardship provision that could've have been resolved over time . Either way, I am truly sorry you experienced that. Please contact me immediately so I can locate you if you are an actual customer and I can best address your needs."

"At first I was ok over paying for auto coverage, because why not? Then i tried to switch my renters to homeowners, only to be told my house wasn't good enough to insure. State Farm is a greedy corporation. Shop elsewhere."

"Worst company ever. Read on for your warning! Communication has dropped. I was going to raise my coverage to full coverage and told them that since the beginning of everything. No communication. They keep hounding me email wise on uninsured motorist paperwork I already sent them, saying I didn't. Just didn't take them long to give up on ways to communicate once I was a customer. Update: WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEE WORST. They send me a bill right before it is due with no heads up that I'm being charged an extra $50. I'm on a fixed income with no way to instantaneously come up with the extra. I talk to them and cannot get an extension but I'm told I have a grace period. I tell them I can't get it to them until next month due to being warned RIGHT before it's due (which would have been WELL within the grace period.) So what did they do, they pulled it out of my account anyways. They knew it wouldnt have the full amount they wanted, but didn't warn me about, n pulled it anyways. They put my account in the negative. Never have I had any troubles like THIS with any other company I have ever had. EVER. My bank account has NEVER been in the negative. NEVER. So not only did i get screwed on an unforseen extra $50 being charged, but also an overdraft charge of $30 from my bank for the first time ever. I CANNOT WARN YOU ENOUGH, NO MATTER HOW MANY REVIEWS YOU HAVE SEEN, DO NOT GET WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!! IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE THE DAY THEY GOT ME ON A POLICY. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!"

"Dropping me because of my ex wife who hasn’t been on the policy in 7+ months and saying I was in an accident I was never in. They didn’t turn in a CoC and they said they would tow my car home since my license was suspended due to them not doing it when Cheryl said she had . Now they’re counting it against me . Liars. Update: your agent literally told me because I was married to someone there is nothing I can do even though they have their own policy and haven’t been on since September of LAST YEAR."

"When you need new insurance, you get all the attention. But after you signed up, you can forget about getting a phone call back or your questions answered any other way. I'm looking for different insurance now. The price is getting higher and higher, too. But forget about to get an explanation why. No tickets, accidents or other claims."

"E.G.- We are so sorry you didn't receive the experience that we pride our self in creating. Typically, we will respond an answer any questions that our customers call in with, and if you never received a phone call back, please feel free to call our office immediately and speak with Brandon, the Agent. We try to do a few things that separate us from other companies, and one of them is the type of communication we have. 1. We will do an onboarding review a few weeks after you start at our agency. During this time, we try and explain how insurance is rated, and how rates change depending on factors. 2. Any time any of our customers receive a rate increase over 50 dollars, the company sends them an email with an explanation, and our agency actually sends a text message, asking the customer to schedule an account review, where our Account Managers will review line by line their policies and discuss the differentiation. 3. Each year, we reach out to all of our customers to schedule an Insurance Review. During this time we talk about any rate increases, gaps/concerns, as well as changes to policies, endorsements, etc. Could you call us so we can see if we have ever had the opportunity to do your account review? We tried to pull your account but had limited information. While we will not always have the best news about policy changes, etc. We can promise we will always be transparent, we will always give you the information you need, and we will always educate you on the risk and gaps that are out there. Feel free to call us this morning to discuss. "
