"I have been a State Farm insured for many years. It's always a pleasure to speak to Brandon and Lindsey Libunao at the Libunao Agency, but I was helped by such a gracious and positive person on the phone today that I wanted to leave a review. Her name was Brittany Harrison. I asked her to send me a survey. She was so cheerful, efficient, helpful and kind during our phone conversation that it made my day just talking to her. She actually made me laugh during the few minutes we spoke... while paying my premium bill, no less. Sometimes it seems that phone etiquette is a lost art. I've called organizations and spoken to people who mumble or even are rude at times. It doesn't ruin my day, because we're all human and sometimes don't do our jobs as well as we should. That's what makes it memorable when someone obviously cares about their employer and their customers. Speaking to someone like Brittany really stands out. I especially wish to relay to the Libunaos that she is a true asset to your agency. You probably don't need my photo, but I wanted to add legitimacy to my review, which says "Friend" as the creator at this moment. I can't seem to change this title.
