"There are 4-5 main insurance companies in USA. They appear to operate under the same principle – unlimited rates increase all the time. Exactly. Unlimited. I paid my premium in full for half of the year for car insurance and a full year for home insurance. As all of you, I did not have a choice but to do that. As soon as I paid, next week I receive another bill from the State farm- extra $$ because I refused to install a tracking spying device “safedrive” or something on my phone. I did not realize that tracking of my each step is a part of the deal. ..I guess for money a company can legalize anything. Multiple contacts of my insurance agent did not go anywhere, and I had to pay more. As soon as I paid it next week a got another bill – this time State Farm claimed that they changed my policy behind the scene because I did not send the optional “underinsured motorist coverage form” on time. In fact, I did, and I send it to the multiple people from the same agent’s office several times. … again, multiple contacts and waisted time with the agent did not go anywhere. She claimed that she also submitted the form but there is No connection between the agent and underwriter’s office who send the bill. As soon as I paid this bill, I got another bill. This time it was a “regular” insurance rate increase across the country. That was the explanation given to me. Shall I continue? I think you’ve got the idea. It looks like the “money milking” of the customers is on the very easy slide if covered by law."

We can see from your multiple reviews you leave on service providers, you generally have had tons of frustrating experience with companies and we apologize for not meeting your standards. We pride ourselves in communication (we sent several notices) and transparency (we sent several notices). The form you allude to was not optional and had been discussed with you at length. As we are a local agency, it serves us no purpose to milk money from our customers. It would be a lose lose. Again- we are sorry you felt like our agency was at fault for the increase in premium. "
